Terms and Conditions
1 Flybuys point will be earned for every $20 spent in one transaction.
You must present your Flybuys card at time of checking in and paying at reception.
Flybuys are not available in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, deals or discounts.
Flybuys may not be offered for bookings booked through other sites/channels other than directly booking through us.
We may from time to time offer extra Flybuys and/or more than 1 Flybuys points for each $20 spent. Please keep checking our Specials page.
A deposit may be required for some bookings, please contact us for details/amounts.
cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of the entire booking. You need to contact us prior to 12pm two days before the first day of arrival ie if your first day of arrival is Friday you need to contact us prior to 12pm on Wednesday
Variations on our cancellation policy may apply for group/long term bookings and these will be detailed in our correspondence with you
Securing a booking
A credit card is needed to secure each booking and is not charged until arrival. Bookings may on occasion be accepted without credit cards and the cost of the entire stay will need to be paid for upon arrival and a $100 bond may also be charged which will be refunded after departure
By making the above booking you agree to pay for all breakages, damages, unpaid Phonecalls, debt recovery fees, interest and any/all other expenses that may be incurred.
Smoking/pets are not permitted in any of our units. Pets/Smoking inside a unit will incur a cleaning cost equivalent to one nights accommodation for each instance and you may be asked to leave and pay the full cost of the entire stay
